interdittive, confisca o pubblicazione della sentenza che possono avere potenzialmente serie e rilevanti ripercussioni sullo svolgimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 sociale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L&#8217;adozione del <b>Modello Organizzativo e l&#8217;istituzione dell\u2019Organismo di Vigilanza<\/b> risponde all\u2019esigenza della Societ\u00e0 Com-Ital Plast di tendere sempre al proprio miglioramento, in modo tale da implementare un proprio sistema strutturato ed idoneo a prevenire il rischio del verificarsi di ogni forma di irregolarit\u00e0 durante lo svolgimento delle proprie attivit\u00e0, limitando cos\u00ec il pericolo di commissione dei reati e garantendo correttezza, trasparenza e continuit\u00e0 del servizio erogato connesso alla propria
