Code of Ethics
Integrity, respect, defence of human rights, operational excellence, meritocracy, innovation and collaboration are the values that tell about us, principles in which we believe and lead the way we and those interacting with us operate.
These values also support us in the definition of an organisational structure, endorsing an internal control and audit system, setting up general principles and practical rules of conduct contained in the Code of ethics as practical operational guideline.
Anti-Corruption and Corporate Compliance Policy
Com-Ital Plast expresses its commitment to integrity and transparency through the adoption of the new Anti-Corruption and Corporate Compliance Policy. This document defines the principles and behaviors that employees, partners, and collaborators must observe to ensure full legality in all business activities. In compliance with current regulations, we promote an ethical culture aimed at risk prevention and provide a protected Whistleblowing channel to report, in total confidentiality, any conduct contrary to the law or this Policy. Il Modello 231
Il D. Lgs. 231/01 ha introdotto la responsabilità amministrativa delle Società per una serie di reati, cosiddetti reati presupposto, commessi nel proprio interesse o a vantaggio di soggetti che siano funzionalmente legati alle stesse.
Il Decreto dispone l’applicabilità nei confronti delle Società di sanzioni amministrative, sanzioni pecuniarie, sanzioni interdittive, confisca o pubblicazione della sentenza che possono avere potenzialmente serie e rilevanti ripercussioni sullo svolgimento dell’attività sociale.
L’adozione del Modello Organizzativo e l’istituzione dell’Organismo di Vigilanza risponde all’esigenza della Società Com-Ital Plast di tendere sempre al proprio miglioramento, in modo tale da implementare un proprio sistema strutturato ed idoneo a prevenire il rischio del verificarsi di ogni forma di irregolarità durante lo svolgimento delle proprie attività, limitando così il pericolo di commissione dei reati e garantendo correttezza, trasparenza e continuità del servizio erogato connesso alla propria attività.

The Organization Management System of Com-Ital Plast SpA complies with the ISO 9001 international standard.
Voluntarily certified since 1998 for the activity of thermoplastic polymers distribution in the Italian market, Com-Ital has followed the evolution of the Standard over the years, implementing the continuous improvement culture and paying the highest attention to the customer satisfaction.
ISCC PLUS
The International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) is an international certification program for the circular economy.
The subscription to the ISCC Plus scheme allows supply chain companies to monitor and demonstrate their own products’ sustainability through circularity, traceability and mass balance requirements control of the entire system.
The accomplishment of the ISCC Plus certification confirms the concrete commitment of Com-Ital Plast in providing its own contribution to achieve a circular economy model.

EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted company in corporate sustainability assessments, enabling customers and suppliers to structure their Supply Chain through Sustainability assessment.
The evaluation model consists in verifying company performance in the following main areas:

Synesgy is a global platform that assesses sustainability performance across the entire value chain, used by companies and international investors to measure the authenticity of ESG commitments.
For 2025 as well, we have obtained a Score C, which corresponds to a Satisfactory Sustainability Level. Renewing this recognition means that our daily efforts to integrate sustainability and business are validated by rigorous international standards.
